If you are still in need, I recommend speaking with my daughter, Ama'Rali, at the coming gather. If I am not mistaken, the Order of the Wylde, which is under her charge, rents and sells arrows and bolts. I do not know whether you may fare better engaging the Brotherhood of Anvil and Iron, but I suspect it does not hurt one to "shop around", as they say.

I was thinking the same thing. "I promise to give it back after I plunge it in my enemy". I guess its like borrowing a tissue.
