This season there are several Chapter LCO Effects.
They are described below:
1. School of Learning Effect - This is currently only used for Newbie/Lowbie mod to help teach new players. This effect allows them to practice their skills with a teacher in a mod without penalizing them. It allows them to leave the mod with their skills still available to them.
