How does copy formal magic work at the national event?

I want to cast some copy formal magic rituals at the national event. Will the resulting scrolls be XR? Does it matter if the copy is from AGB (like would the resulting scroll also be AGB)? Does it matter if I am copying a mist touched scroll (like an AGB copy cast on a mist touched preserve)? Does it matter if I am copying an XR scroll with an AGB copy?
