Staff People Needed

We have some positions we need filled and so we are asking for any volunteers who are interested in helping out more to take a look and let us know if there is a position you believe you could fill for us. If you are interested please PM me with which position you want and what your qualifications are.

The following is a list of the positions available and a description of those positions. If you have any questions please contact me and I will answer them to the best of my ability.

Monster Camp Director- FILLED
1) Keep all of monster camp clean and organized
2) Coordinate NPC's so they are always doing something whether sending out crunchies or preparing them for a mod, also making sure to keep with the flow of plot.
3) Attend to anyone who comes looking for trouble with fishbowl mods or crunchies, etc...

NPC Coordinator- FILLED
1) New NPC orientation, including topics like safety, combat, policies, basic rules, etc...
2) Ongoing training of NPC's, including rules knowledge, fighting techniques and safety, Roleplaying confidence, etc...

Head of Costumes-
1) Maintaining and repairing existing costuming
2) Maintaining a complete inventory of all existing costuming
3) Creating/finding/purchasing(with approval) any new costuming needs for upcoming events/mods
4) Maintaining a committee to help with all of these duties

Head of Props-
1) Maintaining and repairing existing Props
2) Maintaining a complete inventory of all existing Props
3) Creating/finding/purchasing(with approval) any new Props needs for upcoming events/mods
4) Maintaining a committee to help with all of these duties

Plot Column Heads- FILLED
This is a new position for this chapter that we feel will really help our overall plot and the PC/NPC experience. There are 3 Column Head positions overall but 1 has already been filled. We are currently looking for 2 more.
Here is a list of expectations for this position:
1) To maintain a plot team that works independantly from the other 2 columns. The Head and all those runners under them will be responsible for creating 1/3 of the plot that runs in this chapter. It must work within the existing history and established plot of this chapter and always be approved by the Head of Plot.
2) More than 1 column may work together on a single plot line and there will be those plots that are chapter wide and known by all.
3) Each column will be expected to run at 2/3 of our events and be able to play at the rest. Here is an example of how this will work:
Example-
9 Events total
Column 1, Primary runners for 3 events, Secondary runners for 3 events, may play 3 events
Column 2, Same
Column 3, Same
4) To hold regular meetings or conferences with your team to make sure all plot is ready and approved in time for the events
5) To attend regular meetings of the Head of Plot and the other Column Heads.

This will require teamwork and coordination between the columns. It will also be a lot of work for anyone who takes one of these positions so please only inquire if you are serious about this and have the time and energy to give to this. I know there will probably be questions about this position and I will be more than happy to answer them. Just post them here or send me a PM.

Thanks to all who may be interested and I hope we can fill these positions as soon as possible. As always if you do not want to be the head of a committee for whatever reason but you still want to help we could always use committee members who assist the Head. Donations are always accepted whether it's money, items, or time. There is ALWAYS something we need.

i would love to help with the costuming! i cannot say i am the best with the sewing but i can piece together anything you ask me to so let me know!

Im in for Monster Camp Director, I belive that I'd do a good job, just need to find time to do the martal tests.
