  • Rest Accommodations: Three cabins with ramps, 2 cabins without ramps, with electrical outlets and hookups capable of supporting CPAP machines.
    Dormitories contain a mix of bunk beds and regular beds with camp mattresses and closets for personal items; bring your own bedding. Dormitories have larger group bathrooms with multiple sinks, showers, and stalls. Private cabins have larger double beds and private residence-style bathrooms. Buildings are heated in winter.
    Dormitory 1 is completely Wheelchair Accessible. Dorm 4 is partially Accessible. (Please reach out to staff for more details.)

    All buildings have tables and chairs. Group areas have folding chairs and tables inside as well as benches and chairs of various styles outside under covered decks. Common areas of Dormitories and Private Cabins have couches and chairs with armrests as well as tabling

Trails And Terrain

  • The paved road to cabins and dormitories is unlit with a very gentle slope that is accessible to those with mobility differences.
  • The large fields adjacent to the parking lot and dining hall are dimly lit by light posts.
  • The fields are known to get muddy in inclement weather, but the trails are well established, hard packed, and mostly flat.

Food Accommodations

The Chapter offers a prepaid meal plan implemented bydedicated kitchen staff and volunteers. Meals include Friday Dinner and Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Snacks are left out between meals in addition to hot/cold water, coffee, and an assortment of teas. All meals have a vegetarian option.
The meal does not presently accommodate other specific diets, but staff invite communication regarding particular needs and are open to storing player food and/or medications to support player needs in the limited refrigerated space available. Please reach out to them directly to set this up. The Chapter also supports player provided snacks, meals, and beverages which are regularly available.
The Dining Hall is large and spacious with more than enough tables and chairs to accommodate everyone. Bathrooms are ADA compliant, and the entire building is handicap accessible. The Dining Hall also offers an incredibly spacious covered deck with an assortment of chairs and rockers, and people are welcome to also enjoy their meals outside.
