A BIG NOTE FOR THIS GAME ONLY! IT IS POSSIBLE THAT WE WILL BE OVER SITE CAP OF 72. THIS MEANS WE NEED PEOPLE TO TENT CAMP. CABINS ARE A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE PRE-REG ITEM. TENT CAMPERS WILL BE AWARDED 100 GOBLIN STAMPS. SO IF YOU AND A FEW FRIENDS DON'T MIND SHARING A TENT, YOU ALL CAN NET 100 GOBLIN STAMPS EACH.
Tents will remain wardable. You will have to follow the same rules as a cabin (W up, all people invested inside, marshal notes, needing a rogue marshal to pilfer). For safety we ask that people attempt to move combat away from tents if possible. We will Announce the cabin assignments the week prior so people can know which cabins they are in.
Pre-reg is now OPEN!! (If you have missed the pre-reg deadline please still send in a pre-reg if you are planning on coming to the event, while you may not get the discount you can help make Friday night check-in faster and easier for all of us.)
This is for the Alliance Oregon September 16th-18th event at Brooks Memorial near Goldendale, WA.
Pre-reg will close on Friday September 2nd, at 11:59 PM. (Pre-reg will be closing two weeks prior to events going forward, to give the logistics team more time to handle requests and pre-event prep, thank you for your understanding.)
You may now Prepay for your events! Please send payment to paypal@allianceoregon.com along with your full name and that you are pre-paying for game (so we don't think its a donation). Please limit it to just this game at this time.

In addition we will be cracking down on incomplete pre-regs going forward, please remember that if your pre-reg is received incomplete you will not receive the discount event fee. You will be charged the at the door price for the event.
