Quiver physical representation

I have a tarred haversack from Civil War reenacting. It looks like a purse and measures 9x12x1 inches but expands to hold whatever is placed in it (within reason). Would this be sufficient for a quiver, at least for my first event as a PC? It meets the dimensions in the rulebook, but it is certainly a stretch as far as looking like a quiver.

I’ll see if I can copy a link to a civil war merchant to give a better idea.

The size requirements are the only thing the rulebook specifies. It can look however you like, and we have lots of different styles in use.

Had a massive battle in Seattle one 3 day weekend where I carried around a surplus army duffel with fifty 20 arrow tags attached to it. I was the supply guy shouldering 1000 arrows on his back.
