Publicity and Diversity commitees.

Since the previous topic is locked I guess I'll ask here, comments in a recent rules thread has revealed that the diversity committee has been formed. Is this true of the Publicity committee as well? My understanding that announcements would follow once this was done as per the original announcement.

I'm not looking for any real specific information but I know of at least a couple of people that where interested in one or the other and got no feedback or 'thanks for applying' so it would be nice to have some clarity on the issue.
