Storm has the line ” The packets are thrown one at a time and no other spell or skill can
be used between the throws."

To what extent are the no skills?

1. Can I still wield a weapon for blocking?

2. Can I identify production with educated?

3. Can I refit arcane armor?

4. Can I actiave a magic item mid storm and the. Continue the storm?

5. Can I use the potency ritual with a storm of the same element?

6. Assuming I can potency with a storm, if I spell store a charge of the storm under potency, it stores as a 3rd level spell.

Note that the "no other skill" clause does not actually prohibit other skills from being used, it just means that using other skills will break the Storm. This means that:

- Swinging for damage with a weapon would break a Storm
- Blocking with a weapon would break a Storm
- Identifying production would break a Storm

Refitting Arcane Armor is not itself a skill and thus would not break a Storm.

Activating a Magic Item mid storm would be allowed so long as that activation doesn't use a skill (for example, using a Spell Parry would still break the storm).

Potency can definitely be used with a Storm, and will enhance each packet of a matching Storm during the Potency's duration.

You are correct that using Potency with a Storm will cause each individual charge of the Storm to Spell Store as a 3rd level spell.
