So if I wanted to get XP for 4 full two-day events, it would require 48 dragon stamps by either method (dragon blanket or CER), but with dragon blankets I could only blanket one day a month, whereas with CER I could do 4 whole weekends?

I'm trying to get this... So I currently have 24 dragon stamps. I am trying to blanket 4 events. I can use the 24ds to blanket events in March, April, May, and June. Do I need to specify which Chapter I am trying to blanket, or is the catch that it can only be my home Chapter? Thanks again.
