"Easiest" doesn't necessarily mean "Easy". Easier than two weapon. Easier than effective Polearm. Easier than effective Greatweapon (*cough*). Easier than....effective Staff (*bursts out laughing... pees self*)
I would argue that they are the easiest to learn and the best secondary available in the Alliance system.
I take anything that hits me with any kind of actual shot, regardless of strength and whether it hit the shield. Makes it easy.
There has been a lot of interesting perception around which sites we have enjoyed and which we have not. Some people seem to think "everyone" loves Site A, while others thing "everyone" loves Site B. For some actual data...
Adoption. That moment of realization... yeah... we're here for you. Big love to my little sister.
Explaining the real New Acarthia to Derek. Suddenly it all makes more sense, doesn't it? The pamphlet and the hotel do not match.
Messmer's unnecessarily-apologized-for Annex Mod. Best, most...

I'm fine with bigger shield sizes. I'm fine with them staying as is. I just want to get the hell away from square inches as the rule. Because..... brutally hard to calculate. I like Izzy getting to have a bigger shield. I like getting to be creative with my shield design without worrying...
