I don't know. I think this might lead to a potato famine. The only way to prevent unauthorized subtext is to have a Subtext Licensor and initiate massive potato rationing measures.

This was done at the first National event, if I recall correctly, for the Valkryie capture the flag thing. It worked pretty well... until we were trapped in the thunderdome with the Rakshasa...
