Hi, I've asked before, but it's worth asking again. For those of us that work out our RL budgets weekly, and plan to donate, but can't before the event, do you want us to make some kind of "pledge" list? I know it's not firm that way, but this way you can maybe plan things out a little more...

If we plan on bringing donation to the event, should we note somewhere? That's usually my method. Budget timing is such that is the best way for me to do so, not sending ahead of time. Kathy

I think I prefer the wknd of July 5-7 because its two weeks after and before HQ's events. Makes the traveling easier. However, I'm not sure how people would feel about this being over July 4th "weekend". Could make things easier, but then again, I never have big plans for wknds like that, so...
