Yes. You don't have to play a character to blanket it. All you got to do it work on details with logestics so that they have something to add to the database.

Bear in mind Fortanis is alliance whole, you are unlikely to find heraldry (or if so might be multiple different chapter takes). So think of Fortanis more as the planet that all the chapter's kingdoms exist on. Pretty sure Valdanis heraldry was the phoenix logo found commonly on our site...
