If you are having trouble with the Tapatalk app, there's no need to use it. When you visit the site, just decline the Tapatalk advertisement prompt and continue to the page. It displays pretty nicely in Chrome, such as only displaying signatures if you hold your phone in landscape vs portrait.

Apparently the second time was spelled incorrectly even though my app was pulling it from previous use, and it was correct last time (and I got a reply to the original this morning). Lesson learned, don't trust the app, it will reach back several months to get the wrong thing.
