I store a lot of bird seed specifically to make packets. I know for a fact I have birdseed that is over a couple years old. I also know that some stores do not sell seed as fast as others. I just wanted to let you know I love the idea of making up languages for certain races. It definitely gives a lot more flavor in my opinion. Hope this works out well for you!
