It says the same thing... auto injector doesn't mention "duration" unclear wording that needs to be corrected then.

Spell description for sleep as an example. It says it causes the target to instantly fall asleep. Auto injector says non-insant effect. I.e. doesn't work on sleep.

Then you'll need to fix the wording of all the spells, such as sleep that says it's instant. Makes the ability worthless.

The auto-injector for tinkering wording is not correct. "When a character is next affected by a non-instant effect in the effect group....." Non-instant needs to be removed and just changed to instant effect.

The only issue with that line of thinking is you are casting the spell at that point via spell strike through your foundation strike. So that would allow it.
