The following notice is placed in the tavern-
Residents of the Ceriopolis,
Until further notice, I'm suspending my ritual casting services, unless individuals give me significant notice ahead of time, and it absolutely requires an earth shaman to cast it.
I may provide exceptions to this at my discretion, dependent upon emergency need.
For rituals that do not explicitly require an earth shaman, I would direct you to Luke Bluwolf, Taliya, or pretty much any other ritualist.
