In their hand they have a piece of paper, which they affix to the board (after also reading the report from Corsith Ford)
The Note reads:
Acarthians and Heroes of Fortannis, I have received word that at 8 bells this night (September 23, 420) we will be visited by another Nydabethian who is of sufficient influence and knowledge to be able to answer additional questions many of us have. Please join me in the #ducal-estate this night at 8 bells to receive this traveler with all due hospitality.
Refreshments will be served.
