ADL 2022 Season Goals and Staff Information

ADL would like to open up transparency for the upcoming 2022 season! We have had a quiet winter, though the staff and plot team has been working hard for this upcoming LARP season.

Our goals for 2022/2023
  1. By Spring 2023 - Have 100 PC and 25 NPC games. This would be our desired minimum lowest turnout for weekend events. We believe this can be achieved easily with just a little bit of recruitment focus.
  2. By Fall 2023 – Get our ADL Tiktok channel (created by the lovely Holly) to get a viral video to get Alliance Larp into the mainstream.
  3. Sometime in 2023 – We will be hosting a large event. Uncertain about the details but we will get to you as soon as we know!
  4. Ongoing - We will be working on overall transparency and working towards a more united Alliance with our sister chapters all over the US. PLEASE take the time to travel and visit other chapters, you learn a lot about larps and what to expect.
We have an amazing community here at ADL, Some of our staff have joined the National Organization and are making a difference there as well as within our community. Thank you to them for bettering Alliance LARP!

Important Notes

*IBGAs will be on hold until we can add more people to the plot team and/or can properly adjust expectations of what an IBGA is and how they will be handled in the future.

*ADL will not discuss disciplinary actions against a member or a potential member with anyone other than the people involved. We do however reach out (or give information when requested) to businesses that deal with the community, other larps, etc. if they request it. AWY, ALV and the National Owners are informed immediately.

Below is a list of staff positions and goblin stamp salary per month. Before March 2022 we will begin recruiting one or two additional staff to help fill our needs as we grow. If you are listed in a role and do not want to continue with that role, please contact us.
