Anyone making custom painted lightweight shields?

Around 7 years ago, someone from Alliance made me a lightweight shield that his girlfriend custom painted (pictured at http://www.sparktet.com/ ). I believe the shield is corrugated plastic and has the 5/8 inch foam and duct taped on. With the paint, it is still nice and light.

Is anyone doing similar work nowadays (shield construction and painting)?

I know a few, and can do them myself. It's not a near future type thing, but I could certainly put something together given a fair while to do so (money is tight).
If you're more interested in a quick turnaround, I can direct you towards a few people.

Working on finding you someone a bit more experienced with shields than I, I'll let you know when I find someone!

What style are you looking for? Center punch? Strap?
What size?
Flat or Domed?

Good questions. I need a strap and a handle. Flat shield. From the shield rules on the game I'm joining:

Maximum area of 454 square inches (equal to a circular shield 24 inches in diameter) with no dimension greater than 30 inches. Small shields must have a handle, and arm straps are optional
