Alliance Seattle's next event is April 19-21 at Millersylvania State Park ELC near Olympia, WA.

The annual visit from the mysterious trader should be any day now and many Tarndalians are abuzz with the rumors of what new wares he might bring now that their needs have so obviously changed. What new arrangements will be struck to secure the future of the Draxian, and what will be their fate? What sinister force calls out in the night, abhorring those would renege on their agreements? Come play your hand in The Valley of Ghosts Episode 8: Deals!

You may Pre-Pay this event by using Paypal to send $46.60 to paypal@alliance-seattle.com. Don't forget to put down your character name. You may Pay-no-Play by sending payment to this address as well. Do not send your pre-registration to this address. Pre-Pay pricing ends April 5th. In order to qualify for the Pre-Pay price (so that you do not owe money at the door), you must also Pre-Register. Pre-Registration must be sent to Logistics via their handy online form by April 12th.

If you Pre-Register by April 12th but do not Pre-Pay, your at-the-door price will be $55. If you neither pre-pay nor pre-register the cost at-the-door will be $65.
Basic Pages' cost will be $22.50 Pre-Pay, $30 if only Pre-Registered, or $40 at-the-door, while Advanced Pages' cost will be $26.50 Pre-Pay, $35 if only Pre-Registered, or $45 at-the-door.

NPCing is free - but please still let us know if you plan to attend! If you intend to NPC and would like to be on the meal plan, please let us know by April 12th. The meal plan costs $15. Guild NPCs are assumed to be attending and buying into the meal plan unless Plot is informed otherwise. All Plot, NPC Guildies, and NPCs still need to pre-register so that we know how many people we have coming so that we can plan and cook for everyone. You may not add onto the food plan on-site.

Just a note! The pre-pay deadline for the Seattle Event is the same Friday that the Oregon Event starts on! To head off questions about it, I will be attending the Oregon event, and if for some reason you're determined to wait until the last minute to pre-pay, I'll take your money at that event any time I'm wearing only street clothes (which means early on Friday, and after game on Sunday and at afters). I'll take cash if you bring a pen (so I can write your name down) and checks (which presumably already have your name on them).

Also note that the Downtime Deadline for this event is also the same day as the first day of the Oregon event! That means that you need to send in your downtime before going to the Oregon event! Send it in now, there's no reason to wait until the last minute, you have the whole time anyways!
