Are Shards of Arden a FOIG thing?

The shards are LCO, but they won't be explained at game on, as they are a consistent part of the chapter this season. You could definitely find out what they are/do by asking in the in-game forums (the dream) if you were so inclined, but otherwise you can wait until the market day to ask someone.
