Over the past couple months there have been multiple occasions of users with email addresses that are no longer valid or do not exist. This is a problem because it means that if the system generates an email to send to you it bounces. When the server gets a lot of bounces, it can get marked as a source of spam, which causes all sorts of problems for us and our host. What this means is, that when a bounce occurs the user account it is generated from needs to be locked until the issue can be resolved. If the email address is not valid an admin will not be able to email you or pm you, thus the problem sits until the locked user contacts us. This is obviously not an ideal solution. So if you can please take a moment to go into your account settings and verify that you email address is valid, it will save everybody time and hassles.
