Hi everyone!

Here are the present cabin assignments for Nationals, based on currently-received payments and pre-registrations. They can be found by clicking on the following link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1f86AU0poT4oRsQkk_AlT352hd1P2o_X63fI2SyuWzCY/edit?usp=sharing (Updated 05/09/2018)

Denver Logistics has a tradition of coming up with atrocious, punny cabin names based on a theme and the groups within; for Nationals, we have selected song titles based on exploring new worlds! We hope you enjoy.

We have done our best to accommodate the various requests and needs of each player; however, as we are coordinating over 100 people, there will certainly be errors or last-minute adjustments that need to be made. Please email our team at acarthialogistics@gmail.com if you have questions, concerns, or change requests, and we will update the document accordingly. We will update this post with a date anytime changes are made to the cabin assignments, so please check this post regularly over the next few weeks.

For those unfamiliar with our site, Sky High is a Girl Scout camp with several different circles of cabins, each with varying sizes and amenities. To help our National guests prepare appropriately, we have listed some helpful information about the locations/amenities of each circle of cabins:
  • Greenwood Circle cabins each have power and baseboard heating. To reach the circle of cabins, go beyond the tavern building. When the road splits, follow it to the right and the road will eventually bring you to Greenwood.
  • Lucky Circle is down the hill ("lovingly" referred to as Cardiac Hill) from the tavern, is closest to the site entrance, and each cabin has power and baseboard heating.
  • Citadel is the closest circle of cabins to the tavern. These three cabins do not have power or heat, so are often considered the most atmospheric, but require additional preparation for the cold at night.
  • Sawmill is the farthest group of cabins from the tavern. When entering site, take an early left and the road will take you to Sawmill.
  • Our local "tent city" area is past the field next to the tavern, near the Citadel cabins and typically close to the fire circle. Players are welcome to set up their tents in other locations such as next to other buildings, but we ask that tents not be placed closer to the tavern than tent city so as to minimize combat safety risks.
Attached you will find a map of Sky High and the various cabin groups. Please let us know if you have additional questions about the site, and we will be happy to clarify as best we can.

We look forward to seeing everyone in May!
