For the Castle Event we'll be doing Three rounds of IBGAS (starting today) Please find the details below All IBGAS for the castle should be sent to Plot@mnalliance.com and include the title of the current phrase. (IE Castle Scouting IBGA)
July 5th- August 5th - Scouting (Currently Active) - Sources of power continue to feed the Architect, where could they be, and how can they be found? For this round of IBGAs PCs are encouraged to design their best guess as to where these power sources lay. Obviously these will all exist within corrupt lands, some near plot points from the past. Some are located at the sites of old areas specifically mentioned in the past 10 years. We absolutely do not expect for PCs to find all the Sources but will be significantly modifying the Castle event based on what, and how many are found, including modifying the scaling of some planned modules. Plot very much suggests teamwork and communication. Some locations have been explicitly chosen based on modules that are not common knowledge that where included in modules across all power levels.
August 20th - September 5th - Assaults - These IBGA assaults may only contain allies, contacts, hired goons etc. PC characters attending the castle are NOT able to assist (see the in game post from Charis for the why). The threat level will be compared against the assault including any assistance from players sending aid from abroad and alt participation. Any Alt/PC character involved will manage to survive, but no promises are made about other allies being sent. Such assaults may lead to those performing them resurrecting or even being wiped out!
September 10th- 20th - Last Minute Preparation - This is to allow final requests as the days grow short before the assault to react to what has happened in the first two IBGAs and respond/cover for them.
