I'm looking for the celestical guild so that I may buy magic ink and copy the guild spellbook. I can pay for both the ink and the use of a full spellbook for the purpose of copying. I'm also looking for someone to teach me the 9th circle and formal magic. I can of course pay for the lessons also.
