Perfect Riposte (General, Item [Weapon], Daily) – Once per Logistics period per charge, the character may expend a charge of this ritual when using the Riposting Strike skill to utilize a skill which they have already expended for Riposting Strike's offensive attack.
I believe there should be more explicit wording to make sure that it works on just one skill. There was some confusion for example with a rogue using doom blow along with assassinate whether it could work on both of those expended skills or just one of them per charge. I just think the wording could be stronger on the eventual ritual text (or maybe also include an example).
Also I believe the name Riposting Strike may want to be renamed to something else since it's not technically a strike.
