CMA - Locking Skills?

I just noticed that skills do not appear locked yet for Teacher purposes. Is that because some places are still converting and it would hinder the process?

The exact behavior hasn't been agreed upon yet. I believe we're waiting on an owner vote. Until then, teaching is on the honor system and isn't enforced. I don't have any visibility into that forum so I have no specifics on details or timelines. But if you do acquire teaching and your logistics team inputs it into the CMA now, the skill will be properly marked when the time comes.
