Laws of Erabella
Trespass of the law is judged by an Erabellan Magistrate, duly appointed by the Minister Council. Every citizen of Erabella is entitled to have their trespass heard by a Magistrate, and plead their innocence before them.

1. Necromancy in all its forms are illegal, punishable by resurrection.
2. Murder is illegal, punishable by resurrection.
3. Theft, and Smuggling is illegal, punishable by debt of restitution or indentured servitude.
4. Assault is illegal, punishable by lashing or resurrection.
5. Possession of alchemical products deemed illegal by the state (Amnesia, Euphoria, Worm Dust), punishable by debt of restitution or resurrection.
6. Treason through actions against the state is illegal, punishable by debt of restitution, lashing, or resurrection.
7. Engaging in Slavery and other persons trafficking is illegal, punishable by debt of restitution or resurrections.
8. Trespassing and acts such as breaking and entering on both government and private property is illegal, punishable by debt of restitution or indentured servitude.
9. Impersonation of nobility or government officials is illegal, punishable by debt of restitution or indentured servitude.

Customs for addressing People of Rank

1. When an elected member of the Minister Council enters a room with an announcement by a herald, all rise if able until directed to carry on.
2. When Nobility (Dukes, Barons, Counts, Knights tbc) enter a room with announcement by a herald, all must bow, kneel or curtsy until directed by the noble or their herald to rise.
3. Addressing elected members of the Minister Council in public settings is Minister (surname)
4. Addressing Nobility in public settings is Title followed by surname or using honorifics as seen below
   1. Duke/Duchess: Your Grace
   2. Baron/Count/Earl: My/The Honorable (Title)
   3. Knights: Ser/Sera
