Arcanist Zed has reported and confirmed that conditions will be ideal typically at the end of each year. However exact time/date may fluctuate year to year. To this end, the effort is to create and establish a Bridge between Bastion & Kaida Sanu through a manipulation of both the Nimbus and the Mists.
As we continue our efforts to build, improve and reinforce this bridge - it will get easier and less taxing each year to open and we will be able to more securely evacuate citizens of Bastion as we can accommodate them. This Bridge requires pillar reagents as well as other regatents, scrolls, catalysts depending on the current year's efforts.
Please be mindful when out adventuring as the communal supplies is actively searching for the list below, and so long as it is able will compensate adventures in some method, including issuing IOUs.
Bastion has been able to establish a permanent gateway on their half of the bridge. It is the current goal for Ikari's Hope to complete a permanent gateway on our half.
The advantages of completed set if gateways is that the bridges connection once made will not diminish and will "always" exist. However during the ideal celestial alignment, and with a drastically reduced cost - we simply "open" the bridge at either side. Until both sides have a completed, permanent, gateway - we must "create" as well as "open" the bridge and the costs associated with both. As the bridge increases in stability, it will increase the number of people it can safely transport, as well as eventually wagons & livestock.
The next steps in the process of creating a Permanent Gateway are acquisition of the following:
* Planer Gate Scroll & Cat, or equivalent.
* Permanency Scroll & Cat, or equivalent
* Pillar Reagents, 70, Each
