The brought me deep sorrow when the disaster struck.

This is a message to every noble and adventurer alike.

I, Vincent Tarethial, extend myself and any resource at my disposal, towards continued relief efforts. I've heard news of the refugees, and those that have lost everything in the wake of the disaster. I seek counsel with whoever requires more man power. This event is something I could have never imagined, and would like to help those that need it.

If you would like, we could use support to help evacuate their people.

I am still working in Ector if you wish to help here. There are thousands of refuges here as well as those who were effected by our blunder last year.

To all who have not been informed,
Three Regiments by now should have converged north of Port Frederick. The South Point Marines have been escorting all evacuees from South Point and Synvia there by whatever means necessary. The dragoons Regiment of the Black Candles are meeting them there as well as the Troops stationed along the Central road through the forest. All soldiers among the populace should already have been headed that way, and I hope to be seeing the other adventurers and Court members whom sought to aid in those environs in the camps soon, though it is a large camp and I have much to do, so there are no guarantees.
To any of the other commanders, nobles or adventurers who want to coordinate here please feel free to work with the other officers to make use of these men to the betterment of all involved. I will be keeping the camp mobile so that we can move the greatest amount of people and supplies in and out at the greatest possible speed and with the greatest possible security. I will maintain this area as a military camp until such time as our hosts in Norden are able to send a proper deputation to assume judicial responsibility for the area on a permanent basis.
The Lords Captains of the Far Wanderes and South Port Marines are asked to make special efforts to make their way to the camp as soon as possible.

I am in blood stone helping run the refugee healing and mind repair effort please keep sending those needing this help here. Many are taking in people in their homes as well as out lying farms. We can send people to meet you 1/2 way as well.
