Effects Groups: clarification - High Magic Purposes

Pg 98 of the ARB lists out all the effect groups (as follows)
Alteration
Binding
Coating
Command
Curse
Damage
Eldritch Force
Evocation
Gift
Greater Command
Healing
Necromancy
Protectives/Enhancement
Remove Curse
Remove Greater Command
Summoned Force
Other

Each of these has examples of what comprises each group.

Pg 135 of ARB Cloak section:
Each time this ability is selected it provides
protection against all attacks of a specific
Effect or Effect Group. The Cloak will completely
nullify the specific effect from among
those in its Effect Group as if the effect were
encountering a Spell Shield or Magic Armor.

It does not specifically state which groups can or cant be purchased with the ability.

Is a player able to purchase "Cloak <Other>" or "<Coating>" as they would be able to purchase Cloak <Binding>, or <Necro>?

High magic Cloak is purchased as if from the Cloak ritual scroll, and allows the Effect Groups listed thereon.

The effects listed on the scroll are alteration, binding, command, curse, eldritch force, evocation, flame, gift, healing, ice, lightning, greater command, necromancy, stone, remove curse, summoned force, protection/enhancement.

Group "Other" is not a valid choice, nor is "Remove Greater Command," "Damage" or "Coating."
