Elemental Carrier attacks

On page 98, the rulebook now list under the "other" effect group the carrier attacks: Flame, Ice, Lightning, Stone.

Was there a deliberate change from moving these effects away from Evocation? or was that something overlooked? Before hand, you could have used a cloak/bane Evocation on a "9 Ice" carrier attack. Now the defense will not work since it is outside the evocation group. It also affects "30 Elemental Lightning" packet attacks and such.

In previous editions, those 4 carriers were not lumped into any effect group.

On another side: If you decide to move them into Evocation, you could change the racial skill "Resist Element" to "Resist Evocation" to avoid any confusion that the resist doesn't work on 'any elemental attack', only SLIF.

Cloak/Bane Evocation do not work on a Flame/Ice/Lightning/Stone carrier attack. The book is correct in this instance - they are not in the Evocation group.
