Considering the issues that will likely occur with someone trying to activate Eternal Resolution....
Is it possible that it can be edited to something like “enables the user to activate <25 Elemental Healing> on self within 30 seconds of using a Resolute, and may not activate more than one ER per use of Resolute”?
This will allow people with this ritual to burn a Resolute and fall back so they can activate ER without having to squeeze it into verbal gibberish while actively fighting someone.
