Off-Site @ 12:00 pm Sunday, April 9th

Parking:
You may park in the area highlighted blue (P) please leave the lower parking lot clear.
Logistics/bathrooms/showers is #19 highlighted purple on the map. There are other bathrooms around site. See map
Player cabins will be Tipi and Cherokee light green on the map.
NPCs and staff will stay in the Cooks Cabins yellow on the map #9 and #10.
The Magpie Meadery is #12 on the map (dining hall)
5:00 PM: Site Opens
7:00 PM: Logistics Opens
9:00 PM: Logistics Wrap-Up
9:30 PM: Opening Ceremonies
10:00 PM: Lay-On!

Dinner Friday: Chicken Breasts (Plain), Rice (Plain), Brussel Sprouts sauted with oil and garlic, Gravy, Sauces on the side, Butter, Condiments, etc...
Breakfast: Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Toast, Grits, Oatmeal, Cheese, Butter, Jelly, Condiments, etc...
Lunch: Sandwiches Grilled or Ungrilled: White/Wheat Bread, Cheeses, Ham, Tomato Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup (Hot Dogs)
Dinner Saturday: Shepherd's Pie, Chicken, Baked Potatoes, Rice, Green Beans, Leftovers
Sunday: Leftovers and Snacks until noonish
Logistics
Please pay attention to the following:
Since this is the first game of the season we will be checking armor, weapons, spell books, tags, etc. Please have everything with you ready for game when coming to logistics. Get completely dressed and ready before you check-in! This is extra important if you are checking in late.
Every beta card must be signed by an owner/logistics, or plot staff.
Bring all weapon reps you intend to use to be safety checked. EVERY weapon rep will be safety checked.
Bring all magic item reps and magic item tags with you, every registered magic item will be checked.
Put on all racial reps, costuming, and armor you wish to have evaluated for race requirements and armor points.
New Players:
See our New Player Rep John Perkins before check-in; they will ensure you have everything you need before approaching the logistics table and answer any questions you may have.
If you are a new player and arrive late, ask anyone to point you to any member of staff and we will sort you out as soon as we are able.

New Players discount:If you are a new player to Alliance, your First game is only $20 Additionally, your 2023 Season Membership $20 is still due.

- Your Beta character XP MUST MATCH YOUR CURRENT, official XP total of that character.
- Your number of Beta character Profession skills may not exceed your number of live Craftsman skills.
- You may not change your name or race.
- Do not register your magic items in the Beta CMA, but we do ask that you complete all other relevant memorizations. This is so the Logistics team can have a beta card printed and ready for you when you arrive. In order to play an alternative build, you MUST have a printed copy of your character sheet signed by either the owner/logistics, or a member of the plot team.
