Flawing a Master Construct

Assuming the formal caster in question has sufficient formal ranks above the ritual's difficulty, he/she could use a Choose Flaw Ritual Manipulation on a Master Construct ritual to make the resulting golem have the flaw of "Bearer takes double damage from <Element X> and half damage from <Element Y>, correct?

As noted in this clarification:

The only flaws which are restricted on a "full" item (such as a Master Construct) are beneficial True Empowerment long-term flaws. The intent is that players not get a 21 rit item out of a 20 rit item, and since True Empowerment long-term flaws are necessarily ritual-reproducing... well, I'm sure you can see the understanding there.

There are no other reasons why other flaws would not be applicable to a Master Construct.
