Food at the Event -- Read if you are eatin'!!

Quinn

Squire
Ok here is the menu Our Glorious Master, Lord of All He Surveys (If It Is Alliance Ohio) Mike W hath come up with. I'mma posting this to get a rough idea of who is leaning towards what so we get more than enough of each without having to bring home a months worth of food ourselves (if we overbuy something that isn't very popular lol). All praise to the Webb!!

Remember you're not placing orders here- we'll ask you what you want when you come up to our NPCs in the Tavern. Just give us a rough idea of what the most popular choices are gonna be so we don't run low. If it is any help to those on the fence normally Ohio REQUIRES the meal plan be purchased but, with the chance to avoid it, all Players (NPC and PC) who play Ohio have chosen to buy it anyway...so you know its gonna be good. Feel free to ask for testimonials on the Ohio Boards if you are worried! :)

all of those options look fine to me. so really whatever is decided on is cool.

i dont see anything that would eb an issue but this does remind me that i should probably mention I have a horribly bad allergy to peanuts and nuts... i think ive let you guys know before but as I play ohio only like once maybe twice a year i figured a healthy reminder wouldnt hurt.

There seems to be a few carb-only meals. Any chance of there being low/no-carb alternatives for Friday Night and Saturday Morning?

I like every single thing I saw on the menu....except pancakes!!! Blah!!! They are only slightly better if you put blue berries in them. Otherwise, WOW!!!

Though I would say we should roast the pig on Saturday night so if there are left overs, they can be used in breakfast and sandwiches the next day.

Thank you,
daver

I think my one thought would be that it would cool if there were some more fresh veg in there? Seasonal fruit like apples or pears at breakfast, maybe cheapie side salads at dinner? If that ends up costing more, I'm happy to pitch in a bit more.
