Formal Scroll - Summon Extra Planar Creature

It looks like Summon Extra Planar are still called the same thing (per the ritual list above) yet they summon two groups of monsters. Can we perhaps change the name of one of them just to make them unique?

The second Summon Extra Planar Creature lists its spellcraft incant as Summon Magical Creature.
There's also an entry for Summon Magical Creature below that, but it's actually Summon Pantherghast?

Similarly, Summon Elemental (Foundation) lists its type as Item [Armor], when all the other summons use Location as the type.
