As Garridan And Hamish take their leave down the road from Calenhelm to Parson's Breach, they plot out a route to take them into Brightmoor in time to find what they need on the eve of the full moon.

Garridan and Hamish arrive into Brightmoor the afternoon of the full moon. They wander about and around the community, keeping their eyes peeled for the plant they are searching for. Luckily, Garridan has some herbal knowledge, so they shouldn't have too much trouble finding it.

After a few hours searching the tree line near town, Garridan spots a patch of familiar looking plants. A close inspection confirms that this patch is indeed wolfsbane. Recalling that the plant is most potent when picked under the full moon, you note that it will be a few hours yet to nightfall.

Garridan decides that it's best to wait until the full moon is out in full force, so he hunkers down at the spot to wait, so that he doesn't lose sight of the patch in the dark. He hollers out for Hamish, and they sit and wait.

Looking up in the night sky, with the full moon bright overhead, Garridan nudges Hamish. "It's time." They quietly gather up enough of the plant, with a little extra. Garridan digs up a whole plant, and fills a bag wih dirt, planting a whole plant to keep it alive for the journey to Parson's. He's hoping it'll survive to be replanted. They gather everything up, and head back to the Breach.

Red eyes dot the area around Garridan and Hamish. Low growls can be heard. Shapes wave back and forth just out of a clear line of site. Pawing on the ground, the sounds of many are close by, but never stray into view. They are being watched, carefully. Scented, hunted, and marked.

Garridan nudges Hamish, and with a wry grin he says, "I think we have some company."

Hamish draws his silvered mace. "Aye, and they better keep their distance if they know what's good for 'em. Let's get your wee flowers and let the wee forest creatures be about their business. We have business of our own to attend to."
