I just wanted to say hi to everyone. I work most weekends (I'm a campus cop at a college in North East Iowa) I've requested the April dates off and am hoping to be in attendance for my first ever LARP. I've been communicating with Alexander via e-mail he has been wonderful. Once I know if I have the weekend off, and the pre-registration opens I'll be registering as an NPC (since it will be the first time I've ever larped I thought it would be more beneficial for me to learn) I was wondering if anyone might have some pointers?

Hello and welcome Bryan,

-as an NPC most props will be provided, so wear warm, comfortable (and durable) black clothes.
-bring an extra pair of socks in case yours get wet.
-try to become familiar with the different races of the game.
-upon arrival ask for monster camp
-drink plenty of water the week of the event
-bring sleeping bag and overnight stuff
-be ready to have some fun!

it would look like almost everything was covered except be prepared to do alot of running around and getting as well as giving hits.
