IG: Rules for the card game Siege.

Take 2 decks with the same backing, shuffle them together, all 108 of them.

Dealer sets down 4 stacks of 10 cards as each of the towers.
Dealer deals each player 4 cards face down
Dealer places all remaning cards in the spire (draw pile)
Dealer flips the top card of the spire, and places it in the dungeon (discard pile)
Dealer flips the top card of the southeast tower (relative to the dealer)

This tower card is the hold card, and is used to complete (to 5 cards) the hand of every player.

A round of wagering ensues, after which, a player may *purchase* a tower "flip" for one white. (the third flip and fourth are red and blue in cost respectively)

While one player pays for the flip, all players can use any one of the (up to) four tower "flips" that are purchased.

A player may only purchase one flip per round of wagering.

After a flip, a round of wagering follows. Players may opt to purchase a flip, or end the hand by a "show" if no player opts to flip, or there are already 4 flips on the towers.

Tower cards face up can be used by any player, but only one of the (up to) 4 cards may be used in a hand.

The joker cards are in the deck (there are 4 with 2 decks) and a joker in your hand is a wildcard, and showing this card to the other players (giving away you have a wildcard in-hand) allows a 1 card discard and re-draw (issued by the dealer)

Jokers in the towers have special rules (depending on how many, and what color,)

1st joker flip is a free single card discard (with full redraw) to the dealer

2nd Joker flip is a 1 card discard (full redraw) for every player in the game, if it is the black joker. If the joker flipped is the color joker, it is an up-to 4 card discard (with full redraw)to the player purchasing the flip.

3rd Joker is an up-to 4 card discard (full redraw) for every player in the game, regardless of color.

4 jokers in towers results in an additional 4 cards being flipped (one at each tower) and all players discarding 2 cards (with no re-draw) any player may use any three cards from the cards flipped in the towers.

Scoring is like poker, player with the best hand wins.
All tower cards and hands are then put into the dungeon, which is shuffled with the spire for the next hand. Towers remain on the table, and the game (not the hand) is over when all cards are gone from the towers, or no players remain willing to play.
