Seriously, want. I've always vaugely liked the idea of men's gowns, from the long, flowing tunics to the gowns of scholars and doctors. Pretty much anything on that list I would be happy to throw on, cinch up with my sword belt, and go hitting things. And it's a got a distinctly not western look that appeal to me as potential day wear in the real world, too.
Any other clothing traditions out there that make for decent off the shelf adventuring clothes? I'm tempted to go poking around the Somali district in the Twin cities and see what sorts of interesting things turn up.
