July 2019 Prereg - Due July 12 11:59pm

Location: Beaver Ranch

Parking - Assume its the same as before. Parking on the field near the entrance. Get a parking pass at check-in that goes on your dash.

Magic Items: Conversion deadline for this event is 7/8/19. Any item received prior to the June event needs to be submitted for conversion if you wish to use it, even if no rituals are changing. This gets the item registered into the CMA, and gets you a shiny new 2.0 tag for it. You do not need to include item codes on your prereg for things being converted between now and game (but can if you get it beforehand). We'll settle up on those after.

The prereg asks for item code. This is the 6 character code that looks like a random assortment of numbers and letters and is unique to each tag you have (ex. b7ac24e) There should be no chapter indicator or anything of that nature. Items must be included in your prereg to use them at game if they have previously been converted or were acquired as loot at the June event.

Production - There is a spot to link your production conversion sheet. Again, if it's not ready that's ok. Register on time and bring it to game.

Step 1: Pay for the meal plan if you plan to partake. This is $20 for PC's (free for NPCs) and is paid directly to our wonderful chef Dia through Paypal at adialosdia@gmail.com. DO NOT SEND MEAL PLAN PAYMENT TO ALLIANCE DENVER OR JESSE. If you need a different payment method please reach out to Dia directly. Please note that the meal plan payment is completely separate from your event fee, and completely optional. Menu will be posted separately by Dia as we get closer to the event.

If you do not answer the question about the meal plan on the CMA prereg form, it will be assumed you are not partaking. It is a lot of work to track people down who don't answer the week of the event when all we needed was a one word answer at the time you signed up to play.

Step 2: Pay for the event (NPCs play for free). Payment is due by the prereg deadline (July 12, 11:59pm). If you need to pay after this date it MUST be noted on your prereg, even if you do it the same way every time, or it will be considered late. Late payments with no note on the prereg will incur a $10 late fee.

Step 3: Register for the event on the CMA. PCs, please please please answer the Meal Plan and Cabin/Tent questions if nothing else. This helps me a ton when reconciling payments that are received. Blank prereg forms drive me up the wall.

Character sheets will be printed Monday the 15th after I get off work, so get those last blankets in and spent before then.

Reminder - you can make changes to your character without pulling down your prereg. Don't forget to set spell memorization after registering or logistics picks for you. You have to save each day separately. If you need to change your prereg notes you will have to un-register and re-register.

Thank you all for your patience at check in for the June game. There was more than one of you that I told I would print something specific and then didn't, and I'm truly sorry. Mike and Shane in particular. It was a bit of a **** show and you were all amazingly patient with me. Bobby and Bria were the real heroes Friday night when I was spiraling a bit. If anything got missed for you last event (OCS coin, tags, etc) put a note on your prereg and I'll make you whole.
