June 2017 Weekend Event Pre-Registration - Stradyn Campaign Opener


The June Weekend Event is coming! (Friday, June 30th through Sunday July 2nd, 2017)

Pre-Registered Price: $55
At-the-Door Price: $75

Food Cost: add $20

Pre-register via our amazing form!

  • Meal Plan is only available to those who both pre-register and pre-pay. You must do *both* prior to the pre-registration deadline, or you will not be able to participate in meal plan. Both PCs and NPCs may participate in the meal plan.
  • You may send in your payment for the event fee early as well, as long as you send it in before the pre-registration deadline. Please do not send in payments after the pre-registration deadline. Payments can be sent to paypal@alliance-seattle.com
  • Both PCs and NPCs may register for the meal plan. You may not participate in the meal plan unless you have pre-registered for it. We will not allow additions to the meal plan after the pre-registration deadline.
  • PCs who do not pre-register will be asked to wait until there is no more line at logistics before they are helped. Please pre-register to avoid being asked to wait until everyone else has gone through logistics. If your pre-registration is incomplete you will not count as being pre-registered.

The pre-reg and prepay lists have been updated! Please take a moment to get yours in if you haven't already!

Please also note - those with their names in RED have not prepaid the meal plan. The meal plan requires a nonrefundable prepayment before June 23rd, or you will be removed from the meal plan. This helps us avoid food waste and overspending. If you do not make it to the event that you have prepaid the meal plan for, you will receive goblin stamps as if it was a cash donation.



Cabin List is Here. Only 51 of 70 PCs are on it, however (at time of posting).

I know its first come first serve for bunks for NPC's, but if someone could save a bottom bunk for an npc with a sore foot that would be awesome. I have to leave work late and pick up two PC, so I will be getting there late like 9ish
