June Event 2013!

Alliance Seattle's next event is June 28-30 at Millersylvania State Park ELC near Olympia, WA.

Cursed at the death of an ancient forest spirit, the people of Tarndale helplessly watch their crops wither and fade. Though farms farther from town seem unaffected, the largest and most bountiful farms near Tarndale are fading quickly and creating havoc among the nearby farmers. To make matters worse, the affliction seems to be slowly spreading outwards without a known cause and dark places in the forest seem to be slowly coming to life and shambling into civilized areas. Can this plague be stopped, or even lifted, before the entire Valley succumbs? Find out how deeply the roots of the problem truly reach in The Valley of Ghosts Episode 9: Blight!

You may Pre-Pay this event by using Paypal to send $46.60 to paypal@alliance-seattle.com. Don't forget to put down your character name. You may Pay-no-Play by sending payment to this address as well. Do not send your pre-registration to this address. Pre-Pay pricing ends June 14th. In order to qualify for the Pre-Pay price (so that you do not owe money at the door), you must also Pre-Register. Pre-Registration must be sent to Logistics via their handy online form by June 21st.

If you Pre-Register by June 21st but do not Pre-Pay, your at-the-door price will be $55. If you neither pre-pay nor pre-register the cost at-the-door will be $65.
Basic Pages' cost will be $22.50 Pre-Pay, $30 if only Pre-Registered, or $40 at-the-door, while Advanced Pages' cost will be $26.50 Pre-Pay, $35 if only Pre-Registered, or $45 at-the-door.

NPCing is free - but please still let us know if you plan to attend! If you intend to NPC and would like to be on the meal plan, please let us know by June 21st. The meal plan costs $15. Guild NPCs are assumed to be attending and buying into the meal plan unless Plot is informed otherwise. All Plot, NPC Guildies, and NPCs still need to pre-register so that we know how many people we have coming so that we can plan and cook for everyone. You may not add onto the food plan on-site.

Since it's come up a couple of times already, please keep in mind when you are submitting your downtimes the various restrictions on some goods traveling from Andar into the Valley. If you have traveled from Andar to the Valley in the last year, you should have details in your downtimes explaining what those are. If you have not made that trip your character may not be aware of them. Downtimes are always due 2 weeks before the start of the game, so have them in by June 14th!
