As the Dukes Cupbearer, I do request that whoever has the Otter with a Chaos Storm on it to bring it to this next market. After talking with his Grace Duke Albatross, the first time I meet him, he would like all Necromantic Items to be brought to any vessel of his to be dealt with accordingly. Or whoever has it can turn it over to Mr. Crain and he will bring it to the Duke.
