Las Vegas Temporary Rules Proposal

Summary: This vote allows for the reinstatement of the 2.1 Final packet as proposed by ARC as the new Beta packet with playtesting of the system allowed through 12/6/22. During this time ARC will be collecting feedback via a two part form (scaled and short answer) which will be incentivied via a Dragon Stamp reward. The feedback will be shared with the Chapter Owners on a monthly basis to help inform the owners on their final votes. Game runners should make an effort to run 2.1 test events whenever able as circumstances and ability allows.

Synopsis of conversations: There were questions regarding the timeline and some of the specific wording of the proposal regarding mandatory vs. voluntary testing, however outside of the specifics of timing on this conversation, the rest of the conversation had taken place on the previous timeline extension vote.
