I sent an email to Ohio logs and CC'ed to NJ logs the day that Mike Webb announced his decision to back out of arbitration. Will my request of a Home Chapter change take place or do I have to go through ALC?

I'm waiting for all the requests that people have told me are coming to come through before sending the database on to the ALC.
