The Diversity & Inclusivity committee is in need of a new Chief Officer! We are looking for candidates who are passionate about the benefits of diversity and inclusion in an organization like ours. An ideal candidate is someone who can direct workflows, plan out future tasks, and bring awareness to the organization about ways we can truly make Alliance focused on affording everyone the opportunity to "be all you can't be".
The main responsibilities of the role include attending a once a month meeting with the other CO's and the GM team on the first Wednesday of every month at 8pm EST, leading the D&I committee through regular meetings and discussions, setting and assigning work goals, and filling out a progress report each month. The position comes with a monthly stipend of 100 dragon stamps.
Current projects the team is working on include drafting a Consent and Bleed policy and a National Code of Conduct.
